Role: Data Engineer / MLOps Specialist
The One Who Keeps the Engine Running
Before the model can think, it must feed.
Before it can speak, it must be trained.
Before it can do anything extraordinary… someone must build the systems that make the ordinary flawless. That someone is you.
As our Data Engineer / MLOps Specialist, you are the lifeline between raw intelligence and operational brilliance. You make sure the data flows, the models train, the GPUs burn efficiently, and the entire machine runs like a symphony of silicon.
You’re not just an engineer.
You’re the architect of velocity. The guardian of infrastructure. The one who sees bugs in their dreams and performance bottlenecks in their nightmares—and loves it.
What You’ll Do
– Build scalable data pipelines to handle thousands of hours of audio and text (preprocessing, anonymization, validation)
– Manage and monitor the ML infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, GPU orchestration, etc.)
– Implement data versioning, reproducibility, and automated training workflows
– Optimize storage and retrieval (think: terabytes of conversations at your fingertips)
– Design CI/CD pipelines for model deployment and experimentation
– Ensure privacy and compliance (e.g. GDPR) through smart data architecture and logging
– Work hand-in-hand with ML engineers to deliver fast, smooth, bulletproof iteration cycles
Who You Are
– Deep experience in building production-grade data systems and ML infrastructure
– Proficient in Python, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or custom stack)
– Experienced with orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, or Ray
– Familiar with tools like DVC, MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar
– Bonus: experience managing ASR/NLP datasets, GPU clusters, and/or audio pipelines
– Bonus: You love logs. You dream of clean logs. You whisper to logging frameworks when no one’s watching
